Rallybio Corporation (“Rallybio”) (Nasdaq: RLYB) today announced the commencement of a proposed public offering of $75 million of its shares of common stock (and, in lieu of common stock to certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of its common stock). All of the shares and pre-funded warrants will be offered by Rallybio. Rallybio also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of its common stock in an amount of up to 15% of the number of securities sold in the offering.
